CAAMB Kolkata observed 9 June 2008 as Minority Day
CAAMB Kolkata observed 9 June 2008 as Minority Day. We were not allowed by police to demonstrate in front of Bangladesh High Commission. CAAMB in association with Udbastu Sangram Parishad, Udbastu Sammelan and Indian nationalist Forum organised a poster exhibition at Esplanade Metro Station, the heart of Kolkata where protest meetings are held. The exhibition and meting went from 1 – 5 pm. Leaflets were distributed and hundreds saw the posters. Susanta Saha, Jagadish Haldar, Suprabhat Biswas, Mohit Ray and others spoke.
