463 CASES OF ATROCITIES ON MINORITIES IN THE YEAR 2004 – REPORT

BHBCUC has reported 463 incidents of atrocities on the Hindus-Buddhists-Christians in Bangladesh in the year 2004. There have been 59 cases of atrocities on women including 35 women raped and 13 women kidnapped. All these are only reported ones mostly in different dailies in Bangladesh. Most of these are young girls and gangraped by the neighbours. Most of the rapists names are also given. 9 tribal women were also raped. CAAMB will soon bring a booklet on this report.
